All you need to do before going to the office at 9AM :- Early to bed and early to rise is an age-old mantra to stay fit.Rise 90 minutes before sunrise every day. Rub your hands against each other and then rub it over the eyes and other body parts to feel energized and for the massage fluid to get back in position.Never take coffee or tea on an empty stomach (which we often do!!), rather have 2- 3 glass of lukewarm water (preferably with lemon or honey or both) before gargling or rinsing your mouth first in the morning.At the time of urinating and excrement, tighten the teeth.

Far have we travelled from basics to contemporary, be it from the way we clean ourselves in the morning to our daily 24*7 lifestyle. We rush to the office preparing to go from dusk, and consistently work in front of our so-called another “virtually real world”, our laptops, sipping the good beverage (Depending on the corner of the office where you sit and the colleagues around!!!) to keep you alive and then returning home with double the doubts every day.     Seems annoying??!!     Not every day is mine is something I tell when my boss or colleagues
