Patanjali Ayurved Limited was founded as a small pharmacy in Haridwar in 1997 by P.P. Swami Ramdev Ji Maharaj.
Acharya Balkrishna is the Chairman of Patanjali Ayurved Limited and Mr Sh Rambharat is the Sr. Vice President of Patanjali Ayurved Limited.

It is easy to update your account and view your orders any time through 'My Account'. 'My Account' allows you complete control over your transactions on Manage/edit your personal data like address, phone numbers, email ids Change your password Track the status of your orders .


Each email address and contact phone number can only be associated with . 
But cannot with the same email.


You can pay for your order on using the following modes of payment:

Credit and debit cards (VISA / Master card) 
Paytm Wallet.
Cash on delivery (COD).
Net banking. (Payment gateway partners – Bill Desk/ Payubiz).


Yes it is absolutely safe to use your card on A recent directive from RBI makes it mandatory to have an additional authentication pass code verified by VISA (VBV) or MSC (Master Secure Code) which has to be entered by online shoppers while paying online using visa or master credit card. It means extra security for customers, thus making online shopping safer.


The VAT is included in the MRP of products. There are no additional taxes added by to your order. The prices you see on our product pages are the prices you pay.
We made free shipping on orders of Rs.500/or more. For COD method customer will be charged additional Rs.70/as COD charges which will be mentioned in the invoice. Free COD option is available on order of Rs.1000/or more.


Cash on delivery means that you can pay for your order at the time of order delivery at your doorstep.


You can check the status by following below mentioned steps:-
1. Login with your account.
2. Click on Dashboard on top of the page at right side on user name.
3. Click on My Orders at left side below the "My Account" menu.
4.Click on Action Button next to orders details.


We'll send you an email and SMS when we confirm your order.You can also check the order status on
your account dashboard by login on 


Once your item is dispatched, keep tracking it by clicking on 'Action Button' in 'My Orders'. Click the 'Track Now' button  to see where your orders are! (all orders will be dispatched from our company premises in Haridwar, Uttarkhand only.)
Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions and other unforeseen
circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you.


We use a network of trustworthy partners based on their speed and delivery to you.

If you feel that your package was opened/tampered with, please don't accept delivery. Please raise the cancel request on the'Ticket Panel' in 'My Account' on you dashboard . We will confirm your cancellation request.


For prepaid orders, it will be initiated immediately to card/bank account. Your bank will take a maximum of 4 business days to credit this amount. We will also keep you updated on email and SMS.


If you cancel the order before shipping, we would start the refund almost immediately. In case you cancel the order after shipment, it might take up to 6 days to initiate the refund.
