HOW TO USE: 1. Lightly dip the cow-dung havan kund (offering vessel) into melted cow ghee, pack it, and store it in a dry place; when ready to perform the havan, take one out at a time for use. 2. Place the ghee-soaked cotton wick in the sacrificial altar and light it. 3. Place the cow-dung havan kund on the sacrificial altar and let it be ignited. 4. Once ignited, offer ghee and the ritual materials as required, while chanting the mantras. 5. Once the sacrificial fire has subsided, place aromatic substances—such as Guggul or materials for Divyeshti—or a mixture of Guggul and cow's ghee (tailored to specific ailments) onto the glowing embers; then, practice Yoga amidst the atmosphere filled with the gentle, rising fumes.
