Soyabean oil is a clear, light-coloured vegetable oil that is derived from the seeds of the soybean plant. It has a neutral flavor and is widely used in cooking. Patanjali fortified soyabean oil is completely natural and pure soyabean oil. It is unadulterated and free from minerals and chemicals. 

Patanjali fortified soyabean oil is rich in polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats. PUFA and MUFA are considered to be heart-healthy fats and can help lower cholesterol levels and reduce the risk of cardiovascular diseases. Patanjali soybean oil is special and unique in a sense that it undergoes a fortification process whereby Vitamins A and E are incorporated into the product.
