It's a very good ayurvedic medicine not only for kidneys but for overall health.The only problem is people are buying this product from Patanjali and selling at higher prices online and offline.That's why this product most of the time remain out of stock in Patanjali and those like me who need this product at it's actual price from Patanjali didn't get it when in need.I will request Patanjali to please bring this product and try to stop other businessmen's to buy from you and sell it at a higher price.Thank you Patanjali Ayurveda and it's team.
