Mix 5-10 g kwath powder in 400 ml water and boil it till 100 ml mixture left, then Filter it and let it cool. Drink this empty stomach in morning 1/2-1 hour before breakfast and repeat this method in evening and drink it 1/2-1 hour before meal or as directed by physician.
