The Isabgol husk shall consist of dry seed coats of the seeds of Plantago ovata Forsk. (Fam. Plantaginaceae) meant for human consumption which is obtained by crushing the seeds and separating the husks by winnowing. A large quantity of isabgol husk, also known as psyllium husk.
Pale pull flakes or less up to 2.0 mm long and 1.0 mm wide at the center much broken in the smaller fragments, many off flakes having a small brownish oval spot about 0.8-0.2 mm long to center material swell rapidly in water
5-10g twice a day with a glass of water, milk and fruit juice or as directed by physician.
Store in a cool & dry place.
Keep away from direct sunlight.
After opening the pack, transfer the content in an airtight container.
Use before 18 months from manufacturing date.

well i was doing Keto diet in which you dont take Carbs for 40 days and only fats and protein, without carbohydrates its difficult to pass stool but with this product it was easy
compared to the other products in the market , Patanjali Isabgol has large praticles and is easily soluble in Luke warm water,
i usually consume it 1/2 hr before eating

Patanjali products can be termed as real 'ManavaSeva'. Whatever product they sell, its miracle. My father (88 years old), has been using this product for more than 5 years. No side effects, and all goodness. At this age he never faced constipation issues when this product is with him. Daily usage 10-20ml with hot water or milk (morning or evening), rest assured.
